Services are provided to professional partnerships, small businesses and family enterprises to enhance team building, succession planning and conflict management within a variety of business settings including financial services, high technology, manufacturing, the utility and construction industries, and professional services

What We Do

Winn Associates helps individuals and business teams to adapt to both internal and external challenges in order to elevate each organization and its members to a higher level of performance. We assist businesses to surface and discuss critical issues in a non-threatening way. We draw upon a variety of approaches such as interviews and assessment with key team members to gather information and to understand the unique factors that challenge both the team and the organization. We identify and understand the obstacles to addressing these challenges and to implementing change. We then provide feedback and coaching to facilitate a course of action, with continued support as needed, to optimize performance and to achieve the identified goals. Action steps may include enhancing partnership collaboration, crisis intervention, board advising, and addressing communication or team relationships that interface with organizational issues, balancing work and family development or professional career assessment. Winn Associates also assists with succession planning or identifying and supporting the emerging strengths of younger family members to take on roles within the organization where they may rise as future leaders.
